Error al entrar al administrador de sitio Joomla

Tengo un sitio hecho en joomla, yo lo administro, el jueves pasado entre al panel de administrador y agregué nuevos artículos, el día viernes ya no lo pude hacer, me marca el siguiente error:
Internal Server Error

No hice ninguna actualización de nada ni instalación, no sé a qué se deba este error. La pagina de inicio sí se ve el problema es en el panel de administrador.
